About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Ricky Minhas & Satvir Minhas dba RRS Building. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect and monitor cleaning activities to ensure that they are being carried out in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and budget expenditures.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff as needed to ensure that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and activities are aligned with their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
