Overview:

The Group Disability Business Enablement Team is on the lookout for a skilled RPA Solutions Engineer to spearhead the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and web-based applications in partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with analysts and consultants to create automation solutions that optimize technology and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential automation initiatives
  • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of business workflows
  • Design, develop, and configure innovative automation solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions
  • Support current processes and implement necessary changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation workflows
  • Engage in Agile practices and communicate potential risks
  • Develop testing procedures and scenarios
  • Assist Operational Teams during the rollout of solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation Development
  • Certification in Automation Anywhere programming/coding
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Redux
  • Strong skills in technical documentation
  • Familiarity with processes in the Insurance/Banking sector
