Job Summary

As a key member of the RBC Capital Markets team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, researching, and analyzing business needs to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Your expertise in RPA and automation technologies will enable you to design, develop, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and process improvement
  • Design, develop, and test complex RPA solutions using Blue Prism automation software
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Participate in testing initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA process development using Blue Prism automation software
  • Advanced.NET Framework competency or extensive experience with other programming frameworks
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Agile mindset and team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math
