Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Manager in Training to join our Solution Consulting team. This position is essential to our sales ecosystem, where you will lead a group of pre-sales solution consultants supporting our international sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a team focused on documentation, technical sales, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Collaborating cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to sales, customer success, partner organizations, and product development teams.
- Building and maintaining a recruitment pipeline for potential candidates to meet future business needs.
- Working closely with regional sales directors to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts.
- Assigning resources to marketing and other initiatives to support demand generation.
- Developing and implementing training programs to adapt to the evolving needs of the sales organization.
- Conducting regular evaluations and coaching of team members based on observations and feedback.
- Managing daily operations, including scheduling, expense approvals, and activity reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A self-driven entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for technology and a solid background in software sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or government technology.
- Experience in leading or mentoring both early-career and senior team members.
- A comprehensive understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced IT environment, including software and cloud solutions.
- A thorough understanding of the SaaS market and government technology solutions.
