Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Facilitate and lead marketing meetings aimed at achieving occupancy and business objectives.
  • Manage marketing projects in coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and teamwork.
  • Work closely with the creative services team to produce a variety of communication materials, including advertisements, sales collateral, and promotional content.
  • Create engaging content and manage the editorial calendar for social media platforms.
  • Support the planning and execution of traditional and digital media campaigns across multiple portfolios.
  • Oversee the production of newsletters and digital advertisements.
  • Assist in video production as needed.
  • Handle invoicing and marketing expense tracking.
  • Generate performance reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
