Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

Canadian Pacific Railway (CPKC) is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, support, and upgrade secure agents and deployed services, including data quality, governance, and management of master data.
  • Collaborate with data stewards and business users to ensure data standards, business rules, workflows, and supporting transactions align with MDM standards.
  • Support and maintain current Master Data solutions in the system.
  • Participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of custom-built functionality, integrating with SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Analyze multi-functional integration solutions to build master data, identifying implications and dependencies for assigned projects and recommending integration solutions.
  • Supervise data accuracy and facilitate required data correction actions with business owners, establishing monitoring frameworks for critical data elements.
  • Tackle incidents related to job failures, software limitations, and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain architectural/technical artifacts for projects and solutions developed.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
  • Participate in rotational 24*7 on-call support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including at least 3 years of unique expertise in MDM SaaS, IDMC, and IICS.
  • Proven 3+ years of expertise in Business 360, Reference 360, Data Quality, Multidomain MDM, and Data Integration.
  • Experience in crafting UI/UX, searches, and pages for Multidomain MDM, along with expertise in hosting and consuming APIs within MDM environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica's Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings.
  • Ability to develop sophisticated workflow and mappings using multiple standard mapping functions available in the tool.
  • Proficiency in various methods of integration with SAP, ORACLE, AZURE, and legacy systems.
  • JAVA developer skills for facilitating custom code or script in mapping.
  • Basic LINUX skills to build, support, and maintain configurations in on-prem VMs.
