Position Overview:

As a Performance Testing Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the dyno testing of Motor-Inverter systems, ensuring that all testing operations are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the dyno testing operations for Motor-Inverter systems, focusing on continuous performance metrics, maximum torque, and power outputs.
  • Manage a skilled team of 12 operator technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate a multi-shift workforce, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to optimize testing schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with lab schedulers and test engineers to meet project deadlines and maximize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and enhance laboratory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically on-time delivery (OTD) and equipment uptime.
  • Support the development and refinement of automated testing processes.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and investigations during dyno testing to ensure accurate results.
  • Ensure that the First Time Through (FTT) targets for test execution are consistently met.
  • Conduct training sessions for test operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in acquisition and control system operations.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence management decisions.
