About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PET VALU. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by employer
  • Experience: Will train and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
