Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Palace Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Portion and wrap foods to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer needs.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet customer demands.
