We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at 0729886 BC LTD. This role is essential in ensuring our sales team performs effectively and meets company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their daily activities.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring merchandise is readily available.
- Sales Oversight: Authorize merchandise returns and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the sales team.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 sales associates.
