About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Product Management to lead the development and delivery of our cloud-based Nexus platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our platform meets their expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing our product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software engineering teams, product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and effective communication of product plans and roadmaps.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: In engineering or a related field, with strong software engineering experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic software product management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, manage, execute, and communicate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
