Retail Store Manager

Bulk Buy Mart- Lloydminster is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to meet sales and customer service goals
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
