Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Cash Handling and Security: Authorize payments, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain a secure store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer.
- Security and Safety: Bondable, criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Availability: Available for the advertised start date.
- Work Authorization: Currently legally able to work in Canada.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
- Residency: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field.
