Retail Store Manager

YM Inc. (Sales) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that sales staff are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, including resolving issues and addressing customer complaints.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
