We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Gaucho Brazilian BBQ Canmore. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
As a Culinary Specialist at Gaucho Brazilian BBQ Canmore, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: Restaurant experience is essential, with a focus on high-volume food preparation and service.
