Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ramen Arashi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize ordering and minimize waste.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
We are looking for a specialist with expertise in Japanese cuisine, particularly in stocks, soups, and sauces, as well as meat, poultry, and game dishes. Experience with fish and seafood is also an asset.

Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work 30 to 44 hours per week.
