Job Description

La TD est à la recherche d'un Senior Analyst, Compliance Governance et Assurance pour rejoindre son équipe de gouvernance et d'assurance de la conformité. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience dans la conformité, la gestion des risques ou la gestion des technologies et est capable de travailler de manière autonome.

Responsabilités
  • Prendre part à la préparation des activités liées à l'évaluation de la conformité.
  • Exécuter des activités de vérification de qualité pour s'assurer que les données sont complètes et que la documentation de la justification est disponible.
  • Mettre à jour les documents clés, notamment le standard d'évaluation de la conformité, les procédures opérationnelles d'évaluation de la conformité, les aides de travail et la maintenance du site SharePoint d'évaluation de la conformité.
  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes liés au processus.
  • Prendre part à la préparation du matériel de présentation du groupe des responsables de la conformité.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de stratégie d'insights de la conformité pour soutenir la présentation des rapports sur l'opinion du directeur de la conformité.
  • Prendre part à la clôture des constats d'audit et des constats réglementaires pour aider à préparer, à rassembler des preuves et à fournir des commentaires.
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc et participer à des initiatives réglementaires, à des projets spéciaux ou à d'autres activités assignées.
Exigences
  • Expérience dans la conformité, la gestion des risques, la gestion des technologies ou l'audit interne.
  • Compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à planifier, à exécuter et à livrer sous peu de supervision.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Flexibilité pour s'adapter rapidement aux initiatives ou aux exigences changeantes et ambiguës.
  • Capacité à exercer un jugement sonore pour prendre des décisions et à démontrer des compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes pour réfléchir de manière critique et faire des recommandations éclairées.
  • Capacité à organiser et à gérer son temps de manière efficace.
  • Capacité à être créatif et à avoir une attention aux détails.
  • Compétences en MS Office (connaissance forte de Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Access souhaité.
Informations supplémentaires
  • Grade universitaire ou postgrade.
  • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente (post-diplôme).
  • Disponibilité pour se rendre deux fois par semaine au bureau de Toronto.
