Job Opportunity

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking a talented and self-directed individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, providing proactive advice and support to clients and Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your planning skills to facilitate meetings and events for Investment Advisors with clients and prospects, identifying agenda topics and preparing documentation.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving issues and ensuring smooth and timely solutions.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-ups.
  • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
  • Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client base.
  • Support the advisory team with new client acquisition and nurture relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners.
  • Conduct ongoing research on markets and investments, providing regular updates to the advisory team.
  • Support both the advisory team and clients throughout the Wealth Management process, coordinating activities with internal specialists and managing documentation.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
  • University degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
