Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Advisors and Wealth Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Investment Management Operations and Wealth Management Strategy by providing proactive client service and problem-resolution focus.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects, including determining agendas and key topics, preparing documentation, and executing post-meeting work.
  • Attend client meetings when required and execute post-meeting follow-up to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Provide trading and portfolio rebalancing support to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Liaise with various departments to execute tasks and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Support the administrative functions of the advisory team, including new client acquisition and account management.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing client base for asset consolidation, referrals, and other business growth initiatives.
  • Co-manage the client acquisition pipeline (prospects/leads) with the advisory team to close new opportunities.
  • Maintain an audit of Wealth Management activities and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Completion of the CSC and CPH certifications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
