Job Title: Change Management Lead

The Change Management Lead is a critical role at Seaspan, responsible for driving business and growth objectives across the organization through effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a change management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish processes and procedures to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for stakeholders impacted by change.
  • Identify and mitigate potential people-side risks and resistance points to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on change management principles and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support throughout the change process.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in change management or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Change Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of people leader experience with a proven track record of fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
