Job Title: Project Manager - Mechanical

Located in the Halifax office, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Mechanical to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling and executing multiple complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient and sustainable solutions to meet project objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in mechanical building services, with a strong background in project management.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with Engineers Nova Scotia.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
