We are seeking a dedicated Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our esteemed establishment, #4 Happy Haircut & Beauty Salon Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff management.
- Oversee budget planning and inventory control.
- Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily salon operations.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Personal Attributes- Strong client focus and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- This is a permanent position.
- Working language: English.
- Expected working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
