Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Auto and Property Subrogation Adjuster to enhance our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in investigating, negotiating, and resolving auto and property subrogation claims, ensuring that outcomes are both efficient and fair in line with our corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting investigations into moderately complex losses.
  • Formulating action plans for thorough investigations.
  • Assessing and documenting claims accurately.
  • Engaging in negotiations with third parties to reach settlements.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with claims departments and relevant stakeholders.
  • Recognizing opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property, casualty, auto, or subrogation claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with litigation processes is advantageous.
  • Pursuing a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is a plus.
