Job Overview:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at MP Home Maintenance Work, you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales initiatives. Your main duty will involve reaching out to prospective clients and collecting essential details to create precise and comprehensive quotes. You will collaborate closely with our sales and customer support teams to ensure that the quotes are customized to fulfill the specific needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to gather necessary information for quote preparation.
  2. Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, actively addressing their requirements.
  3. Accurately collect and record information regarding clients' specifications.
  4. Work in conjunction with the sales team to relay detailed information about products/services and pricing structures.
  5. Ensure prompt and precise entry of client information into the company's CRM system.
  6. Follow up with clients to resolve any inquiries or provide further details as required.
  7. Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all communications.
  8. Achieve or surpass daily and weekly objectives for quote preparation and call activity.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone presence.
  2. Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Capability to manage multiple tasks and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  4. Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  5. Self-driven and target-oriented, with a commitment to achieving goals.
  6. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
  7. Basic understanding of window cleaning services is a plus.
  8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is beneficial.
