We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to join our Production Department.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilitating daily manufacturing throughput and output.
  2. Guiding team members in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable while providing ongoing feedback.
  4. Leading process enhancement initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, including production, materials, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
  5. Monitoring and addressing output and productivity challenges within assigned departments, ensuring production targets, cycle times, and product quality standards are met.
  6. Ensuring maximum production output while upholding the highest quality standards and maintaining employee morale.
  7. Planning all pre and post-Kaizen activities in collaboration with the Lean Team to ensure successful Kaizen events.
  8. Taking ownership of all processes and products to meet quality standards, ensuring no deficient products reach internal customers.
  9. Collaborating with the Safety & Quality Manager to maintain employee safety and equipment upkeep.
  10. Adhering to all federal and provincial safety regulations and driving workforce initiatives towards a zero-incident safety culture.
  11. Supporting team members by proactively addressing issues impacting quality, delivery, and productivity through daily meetings and proactive interactions with other departments and supervisors.
