Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at The Fort Pub & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
