Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with advisors to provide proactive client service and support
  • Assist with client onboarding and account administration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High quality time management and organization skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
