About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Trinity Financial Services Inc. as a key member of our financial services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business objectives.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or information technology.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Accurate, efficient, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
