Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive, commercial heavy-duty, or industrial markets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills
