Sales Director

White Bay Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
Success Metrics:
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new customer acquisition.
- Conversion rates from lead to opportunity and opportunity to close.
- Sales cycle length and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in a B2B SAAS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
