Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Food Quality and Safety: Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Customer Focus:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Staff Training: Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Customer Feedback: Solicit customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Leadership:
- Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of kitchen staff and front-of-house employees.
- Performance Management: Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
- Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Expense Management: Manage store expenses and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales.
- Brand Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand marketing strategies.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to build brand awareness and generate customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Managerial Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual restaurant environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Financial Acumen: Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Schedule:
- Availability: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability.
Compensation:
- Salary: $18.00- $22.00.
