Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store objectives and sales targets.
  2. Recruit, develop, and retain a talented team of retail professionals who share our passion for pop culture and music.
  3. Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and drive customer engagement.
  4. Ensure operational excellence by managing payroll, scheduling, and inventory control.
  5. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest retail technologies and best practices to drive business results.
Requirements
  1. At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience with a proven track record of success.
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  4. A passion for pop culture and music, with a willingness to stay connected with our customers through social media and store web applications.
  5. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store with ease.
