Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Sales Supervisor** to oversee our retail operations at The Brick. This role is essential in ensuring our sales team is effectively managed and supported.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor staff including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory orders to ensure product availability.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize coverage.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to meet customer needs.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product availability issues.
  • Coordinate daily operations and activities of the sales team.
Work Environment

This is a **permanent position** requiring a commitment of **40 hours per week**. The primary language of communication will be **English**.
