About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Shahi Tandoor. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records for cleaning services, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Site Environment: At heights, outdoors
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, cleaning service company
  • Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, recommend or arrange for additional services required, maintain financial records, receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs, assist cleaners in performing duties, co-ordinate work activities with other departments, establish work schedules
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
