About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our team at Novident Dental Laboratory Ltd. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing dental devices, including crowns, bridges, and implants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and repair dental devices, including crowns, bridges, and implants
  • Modify dental devices, including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands
  • Prepare plaster models and moulds
  • Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
  • Perform administrative functions for the laboratory
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Mould wax over dentures set-up
  • Finish metal framework of dentures
  • Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays
  • Polish and buff dentures
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset
