Shift Details:
· Monday to Thursday Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Production Utility Role:
Operational Duties:
· Prepare bottom dunnage and crossers for production finished lifts.
· Ensure daily production consistently meets the standards of IFOTIS (In Full, On Time, In Spec).
· Repair board supplier skids in preparation for return.
· Drain and prepare paint/wastewater totes for return.
· Maintain supplies rack in an orderly and organized manner.
· Perform plant tasks such as managing scrap carts, sweeping floors, and general cleaning.
· Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
· Actively support MPS initiatives (e.g., Safety, SMED, Continuous Improvement, 6S, etc.).
· Exemplify Metrie's core values: P.R.I.C.E (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence).
· Maintain a positive attitude and treat all colleagues and associates with respect.
· Foster teamwork while keeping colleagues motivated and efficient.

· Communicate effectively with the supervision team as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
· Frequent: Walking, bending forward.
· Occasional: Standing in one spot, sitting.
· Constant: Standing.
· Lifting: From floor to waist, waist to floor.
· Pushing/Pulling: Frequent when relocating production carts and preparing dunnage materials.
· Hand-to-eye coordination and dexterity: Involves picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and repetitive motion.
