Skincare and Beauty Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Attendant to join our team at Smooth Touch Laser and Skincare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our beauty salon.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for the repair of broken machines to ensure our equipment is in good working condition.
- Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Public Interaction: Deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships with our clients.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
- Reporting: Produce reports to help us improve our services and operations.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding role.
