Family Law Associate Lawyer

Cox & Palmer, a top-ranked Atlantic Canadian law firm, is seeking a Family Law Associate Lawyer to join our Halifax office.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Family Law Associate Lawyer to provide exceptional client service and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day advice on a variety of family law matters, including cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.
- Develop and implement effective family law strategies and prepare written and oral arguments.
- Work with clients to navigate complex family law issues, including parenting, child support, spousal support, and division of matrimonial assets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience in family law.
- Courtroom experience and practical solution-building skills.
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
- A compassionate approach to the practice of family law.
