About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at Ladner Bottle Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Report any safety hazards or security concerns to management and participate in maintaining a clean and secure store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
