Job Title: Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Coordinator to join our team at The Royal Mental Health Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing research support under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator and Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and screening of study participants
  • Scheduling and administering participant clinical interviews
  • Ensuring study protocols are followed and recruitment targets are met
  • Research Ethic Board submissions and maintenance of study regulatory binders
  • Maintenance of study databases and participant records
  • Preparation of study reports and progress reports
  • Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures for the lab
  • Assistance with financial transactions and administration of rTMS treatment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant research or clinical experience
  • Previous experience in administration of clinical assessments and research studies
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
