About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at 2653441 Ontario Inc. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
