Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Livewell Pathway Healthcare Services.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist clients with daily living activities
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
