About the Role:

The Guest Services Attendant plays a vital role within the Guest Services Team, with the primary goal of ensuring that our guests receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this high-profile position carries significant responsibility. The Guest Services Attendant is stationed at the bell stand within the hotel, greeting each guest by name upon their arrival and departure. Responsibilities include transporting luggage to guest rooms for arrivals and assisting departing guests with their luggage to the hotel entrance or temporary storage. Additionally, the Guest Services Attendant provides an orientation of the hotel to arriving guests.

We seek candidates who possess outstanding personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Strong communication skills are a must. This physically demanding role requires standing for extended periods and the capability to lift and push at least 50lbs. The ideal candidate will have a warm, welcoming demeanor, a positive attitude, and a solid knowledge of the local area.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
