About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and that our customers receive a consistently high level of service.
    • Monitor and maintain our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
    • Work with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions, working closely with our marketing team to ensure that our offerings meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
