As a Parts Specialist, you will work in a retail business focused on providing parts and accessories for various vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and relay telephone calls and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office, supply area, or warehouse.
  • Conduct sales calls to potential customers.
  • Set up attractive displays of retail parts and accessories.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Advise customers on the appropriate use of goods or parts.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Identify, label, and catalogue incoming items effectively.
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
