As a Senior Leader within the Enablement team at Aviva Canada, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of transformation initiatives. Your role will involve planning, project management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and software development.
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead for large Guidewire implementations, preferably with PolicyCenter, and migrating applications to Guidewire cloud.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
