Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and distribute daily and weekly production reports to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  2. Operations Support: Responsible for filing paperwork, closing work orders, and cycle count verifications to maintain a smooth production process.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Track materials and yields, place supply orders, and coordinate logistics for incoming and outbound loads to optimize production efficiency.
  4. Reliability Data Entry: Complete real-time reliability data entry to support informed decision-making.
  5. Ad-Hoc Projects: Perform assigned projects to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in data entry and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel, and experience with Enterprise Resource Software is an asset.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with production associates and management.
  4. Computer Literacy: Ability to work with various programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports, documents, and emails.
