Qualifications We Seek:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales, with a comfort level in a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or commitment to do so before commencing your role.
  • A strong enthusiasm for financial planning and a keen interest in investment management.
  • Proven ability to forge relationships and connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct marketing within the financial services sector, demonstrating success in high-value sales and business development across various industries.
  • Professional designations such as Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are advantageous.

This role's compensation is based on the production generated by you or your team and may include discretionary or variable incentive payments.
