Job Summary
The LifeSpa Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient telephone operations. This role requires a cheerful and professional demeanor, ensuring callers are directed to the right personnel and their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, greet callers, and schedule appointments in a friendly and professional manner
- Convert LifeSpa inquiries into appointments, providing guests with information on products, services, and treatments
- Explain and promote LifeSpa offerings, assisting guests in determining their individual needs and suggesting upgrades or add-ons
- Complete outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules by utilizing required safety devices
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, and commissions
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of receptionist experience
