Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG marketing, with expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and other divisions to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Partner with customer development, retail marketing, and finance teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and innovation
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing brand awareness
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with advertising agencies and other divisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
